My Life As A Thought

My life has been a twisted, almost paranormal trip. Many experiences that few have had the pleasure of living. Met tens of thousand various people of every walk there lays in life. I have been evil, I have been good. I have met unholy and walked with the Holy. I have been homeless and I have fed the homeless. I have died seven times and lived eight. I would not change a thing except maybe being able to sing.

I met Matte a few years ago when he was just forming this sort of vision to pay forward for the Blessings he had in his life by his own angels. Response from Public Relations at Enercare

So, after most people went out and paid their hydro bills this morning in fear of losing their power I receive a call from Enercare Public Relations: ""On Friday, November 28, 2014 I received a call from Director of Public Relations at Enercare Connections. They explained in detail how Enercare cannot bill their customers until Hydro One sends  a "bulk bill" to them for this address. Sometimes this bill is quite delayed and therefore Enercare cannot bill their customers. It is far more complicated than this, but I am conveying the "Reader's Digest" version if you will. I was then assured that the residents of this building could pay the remaining bills after the holiday season without incurring late charges or additional fees. I discussed in length as to why Enercare cannot bill in a consistent nature like most corporations. Enercare claims this is due to the inconsistent billing to them by Hydro One. Letter to Jeff Lanthier, Media Relations at Enercare Connections

Here is an email I sent to Jeff Lanthier, media relations at Enercare Connections. Please, if you are an Enercare customer who has been treated the same as I - please write and speak up! Many voices are louder than one!!!! Dear Mr.Lanthier ; As you are probably more than aware I was on CBC News last evening for the fiasco of my bill last May. Thankfully, that was resolved. BUT, that is not the current issue - the current problem is: All customers in this building did not receive bills in September or October. When calling Enercare they were told their accounts where up to date. Then, on November 20 we all received invoices covering 18 Sept until August 18th. Statement date appears as Nov 10th THIS WAS DUE NOVEMBER 26 Then, on November 25 we all received another invoice dated 19 Nov which is due on December 5th. This covers 18 September until October 20th. THIS INVOICE IS DUE DECEMBER 5TH When I phoned customer service I was more or less told that pay on time or be penalized. I was off

Enercare Connections Predatory Billing Practices

Here is the video link from the news last evening – also bear in mind that Enercare is doing it again this month.  All tenants in my building have received three or more bills in the last ten days all DUE before Christmas – so, unless Enerca re helps by giving us an opportunity to pay in January WITHOUT penalties – well, there just won’t be a Christmas in my house or we will have one but sit in the dark. Enercare Connections Must Be Regulated

I just received a call from CBC News and spoke to a reporter concerning the predatory billing practices of Enercare Connections. PLEASE, I am begging all Enercare customers to jump on this band wagon - we should NOT be paying more in service charges than the actual usage of our electricity. Feel free to contact me and let us show this company that we will no longer stand by and be robbed!!!!

Hey people - here is my latest battle and if anyone else is having problems with these undercover loan sharks called ENERCARE please please please write the Ombudsman and Premier's offices. NOTHING WILL CHANGE IF NO ONE FIGHTS!!!! HERE IS WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO THIS WHOLE BUILDING I LIVE IN: Enercare billing system is inconsistent. On November 19, 2014 I received a bill due on November 26, 2014. It was for the amount of $81.94.This invoice covers 18 August till 18 September. Today, November 25, 2014 I received another bill due on December 5, 2014 for the amount of $165.40.This bill covers from the 18 September till 20 October. I was told to expect another bill covering from the 20 October unto 20 of November any day now. I have also noticed that they usually bill in twenty-nine day periods and that each bill has "monthly" service charges. This would mean that Enercare is collecting 13 monthly payments per year. There lies within our society a handful of "Lights". Those of us who speak truthfully and from the heart in matters of the soul, life and most of all spreading the "Message".  These gifted Lights are what are and will be changing this society to one that holds and molds a more caring and sensible existence. One that will one day become one with each other and lead to an Utopian world whereas all will have the understanding, overstanding and desire to live a "real" and knowledgeable existence. The Light from within their message will spread to benefit all of us, no matter what race, creed or continent they originate from. LIFE IS A HIGHWAY

One has to wonder where this world is heading. Where does this expressway take us to? Society is riding an autobahn - no set speed limit in this lane. Everyone is rushing to be the first one at the red light of life. Family life is a pool of stress and rushed days. Work life is one hundred hours of task in a forty hour jar. Education has accelerated to the point that children are learning in grade six what they cannot understand till they attend grade ten. Living the fast life will only slow us down I watch, I listen, I see. But, I do not understand. Why is it so important for worldwide media outlets to let us know when two celebrities are getting married or divorced? No one reported worldwide when I divorced my first wife. Is there not tragedy and nicer things right here at home to speak of? Why is it that being famous can be as easy as having a huge behind? Or being in rehab? I do not know - nor do I believe I ever shall. What I do know and understand is

"WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?"

This one is for the politicians: I have not heard one single word from  Kathleen Wynne , Tim Hudak or whatshername, oh yea, Andrea Horwath regarding any plans to help the elderly or those on disability.  Bear in mind people that the higher the minimum wage - the higher the prices of everyday items and the cost of living in general. Ontario Disability Support Program only raises the income supplement by 1% every year - while the average rent goes up by 3.25% - that alone leaves t he disabled with a minus 2.25%. Many parents on ODSP skip meals so they will have that meal for their children. I understand the push to get more jobs and help the middle income, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY NONE OF YOU ARE EVEN MENTIONING THE POOR OR ELDERLY. SO, I ASK OF YOU, "WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?"

THE TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER RESPECT INVOLVING TELUS ACQUIRING PUBLIC MOBILE

I am asking all my friends who have or have had a Public Mobile account to file a complaint at the CCTS and to also go to Telus’ FaceBook page and let THEM know how we are being treated. If this does not change then we should all boycott both Public Mobile and Telus. Links are in my previous posts. Here is what I posted on the Telus page – let us see if their customer service is better then Public’s Since Telus is acquiring Public Mobile I am hoping maybe THEY will step in and stop what Public is doing to their existing customers. I have two phones with Public and live on a  pension . For the past month or more I can rarely use my phones. The service is so bad that I can see no reason to pay for May’s service. If you look at Public’s FaceBook page or even my page you will see that I am by far not alone. What Public Mobile is doing should be illegal if it isn't all ready.

This is one of the conversations I am having with Public Mobile about all of us previous customers having to buy new phones by the end of May due to their selling to Telus. They have also reduced our unlimited data to a mere 1 gig. They have also raised our packages by $5 to $10 depending on the plan. It was my understanding that last January the CRTC was going to allow smaller companies to provide better services - selling out to big corporations undermines that.  BUT WHAT IS REALLY BOTHERING ME IS THAT EVERY PUBLIC MOBILE STORE IN ONTARIO IS SELLING PHONES, "ON SALE", TO CUSTOMERS, BUT NOT TELLING THEM THAT PHONE IS GARBAGE AT THE END OF MAY. THIS HAS TO BE CRIMINAL AND ALL PUBLIC MOBILE CUSTOMERS SHOULD FILE COMPLAINTS AT THE CRTC AND SIGN THE ON-LINE PETITION.
