Why Do Our “First” Nation Aboriginal People Have To Live Like Third World Refugees?

Whatever happened to good old Canadian warm heartedness?

One fifth of Canada’s population are Aboriginal.  Approximately 1.8 million.

A figure that would have been much larger if we had not outright slaughtered the majority of them when we first invaded their homeland and decided that it was now OUR lands.

Since we arrived we have systematically forced them onto reservations, forced them to hand over their children to be placed in horrific “Residential Schools” and deprived them of the basic needs and rights that they deserved.

These torturous residential schools existed from the 1820’s until the closure of the last so-called “school” in 1996.

Yes, you read that correctly – 1996.

During the course of the school’s existence it is estimated that 150,000 Aboriginal children died at the hands of the clergymen, Nuns and diseases.

To quote Wikipedia:

The school system was created to isolate Indigenous children from the influence of  their own culture and religion in order to assimilate them into the dominant Euro-Canadian culture.

In layman terms the schools had the sole purpose of removing the “Native” from the children. By any means deemed necessary by the clergymen and Nuns.

They were not permitted to speak a word of their language. If they dared to do so they would be disciplined.

Severely.

Often succumbing to the injuries of discipline.

They were forced to practice Catholicism and Christianity. If they refused they would be disciplined.

Severely.

Again, often succumbing to the injuries of discipline.

Because their hair was sacred to them and a very significant part of their culture, their heads were shaved. Leaving deep spiritual and emotional scars.

What a legacy for each and everyone one of we Canadian citizens!

I can only speak for myself when I say that I walk with a shadow of shame following me.

A shadow that follows all of us of European descent.

Think about the timeline….

From the early 1800’s to the last school in Saskatchewan closing in 1996.’

To this very day we are STILL treating them like they are subhuman. I have seen dogs treated better than the manner we treat our Aboriginal people.

I justify saying all of this by pointing out a few of the many wrongs we still perpetuate upon these poor souls.

One of the most well known being the ‘Highway of Tears’ in British Columbia.

So named due to the increasing number of missing or murdered Indigenous women and men who have disappeared, yet to be found and/or murdered along it’s route.

As I write this there is an ongoing excavation that originally began in December, 2024, at the Prairie Green landfillnorth of Winnipeg, Manitoba in the search for the remains of Morgan Harris and Marcedes Myran.

Two missing Aboriginal women murdered by the convicted serial killer, Jeremy Skibicki.

Both their families fought for over two years to have the search take place.

YesterdayFebruary 27, 2025, human remains have been discovered at the site.

Identity of the victims is pending forensic testing at this time.

Sadly,  but hopefully the families will obtain much needed closure.

Ask yourself this:

“If these two women were caucasian would it have taken years to attempt recovery of their corpses?”

The answer is definitely “No!”

Then there is Canada’s greatest shame which I spoke of above.

The Residential Schools.

Which most Canadians had no idea existed until only recently.

A dark hidden secret of the Catholic and Presbyterian Churches.

The discovery of the mass graves would become the catalyst of the Truth and Reconciliation movement.

A shame that went untethered until the first of many mass graves were discovered upon the various school properties.

I use the term “schools”, but in all reality they were concentration camps.

Where within unspeakable horrors befell the residents.

Again I remind you that these existed until that final school closed in 1996!

Merely 29 years ago!

Which brings me to this disgusting topic and proof of the systematic prejudices we have and still are perpetuating upon our First Nation peoples.

When you or I are thirsty we merely go to our kitchen and turn on a tap and out comes clean drinkable water.

The majority of our First Nation people do not have that luxury.

What the Canadian public needs to know, acknowledge and understand is that there are 618 First Nations Communities that do not have access to and are not supplied with safe drinking water!

Six hundred and eighteen towns, villages and communities that have no access to drinkable water!

In this the 21st century!

As of March 22, 2024, 96 percent of First Nations communities in Canada do not have long-term drinking water advisories. This is a 73% decrease since 2015.

The main reason for this is that in the majority of cases their water table has been poisoned by industrial runoff wastes containing devastating chemicals such as mercury and lead and whatever else multinational companies disposed of on Native lands while our government turned a blind eye!

(By the way, that emotion crawling up from deep inside of you is called “SHAME”.)

And every damn non-Aboriginal Canadian deserves to be feeling it!

I carry that shame heavily upon my conscience!

Think about this….

“While we were enjoying the wonders of modern society and technology, our “First Nation People” are afraid to wash in their only source of water out of fear of being poisoned.

Here in this modern age of technology and advanced communication are people,  human beings,  living in fear of water!

Dependent upon bottled water or having it trucked in from the South.

Usually at their expense to boot!!!

Here we are in the year 2025 and guess what?

They still do not have potable water.

Many still do not have a permanent electricity grid. Depending upon expensive fuel guzzling generator stations.

Why do we call them “First Nation People”?

Simple.

Because we are the “Secondary People”.

Canada is their land.

Every step we take is another foot forward upon stolen land.

We rolled in with our ships and guns and decided that it was ours to take. (Basically the exact same thing that Israel is doing to the Palestinians.)

So, I ask every single Non Aboriginal Canadian,

“Don’t you think that it is long past due that we do the right thing and do whatever it takes,  no matter what the cost, to give our Aboriginal communities the same luxuries that we have?”

All these discussions about “Truth and Reconciliation” are just that  – discussions.

Words!

Words from the mouths of politicians and Caucasians who live in a completely different world than the people whose land we stole.

We have said all those words!

NOW IS THE TIME TO ACTUALLY TAKE THE APPROPRIATE ACTIONS AND GIVE THESE 618 COMMUNITIES THE BASIC NEEDS OF LIFE!

SOMETHING THAT WE HAVE BEEN ROBBING THEM OF SINCE LONG BEFORE CANADA BECAME A NATION!

I call upon each and every on e of us to write, email and/or call your Premiers, Senators and our Prime Minister to stop the continuous discussions and take actual action to rectify these travesties.

(Feel free to include this blog in your correspondence if you wish.)

THAT WILL BE THE TRUE “TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION MOVEMENT”

Court still prohibits marijuana possession

Court still prohibits marijuana possession Shannon Kari, National Post Published: Thursday, December 11, 2008 The prohibition against simple possession of marijuana has been upheld by an Ontario Superior Court judge, in a closely watched case that stemmed from the prosecution of Clifford Long, who was arrested by Toronto police with $40 worth of cannabis. Justice Eva Frank overturned a decision by a lower court judge last year that found there was no valid restriction against possession of cannabis because of flaws with the country's medical marijuana regulations. The lower court decision led to confusion about prosecuting simple possession cases in Ontario, said the federal government in its arguments before Judge Frank earlier this year. The federal Crown argued that the present policies of Health Canada have resulted in enough marijuana for the nearly 2,000 people with medical certificates to possess the drug. Judge Frank agreed with the arguments made by federal government lawy...

“The Rise Of America’s Ursprünglich Reich”.

Musk is dangerous and is definitely a “ wolf in sheep’s clothing “. Elon “ Teslaboy ” Musk His warped intelligence and well known use of ketamine has enabled him to turn his greatest fan,  Donald J. Trump , into his personal political puppet. Trump believes that he is controlling Musk. However it is quite the contrary! DICTATOR DONALD  TRUMP Trump is blinded by Musk’s wealth. He believes that by befriending him he will reach the same level of riches. I strongly doubt that will ever be a reality. Yes, Trump is often referred to as a “ brilliant ” businessman. But is he really? Trump’s riches come from a very long list of bankruptcies and shifty business transactions. He is well known for simply refusing to pay his debts. He also owes numerous Russian Oligarchs billions of dollars for failed Trump Tower projects. Including the shady Moscow Towers project and the Trump Towers Toronto. The latter which was bankrupt before completion. Which lead to Trump obtaining financing ...
