Open Letter to Residents of ‘The Beaches’ Area of Toronto APRIL 8, 2020 LIGHTHOUSE DANN   EDIT Okay, okay. I purposely have been avoiding jumping into the Covid 19 blog avalanche. BUT. ……. I try my best to stay inside. My only ventures are groceries, to the doctors, which now I do by phone, my cancer treatments have temporary been postponed, once a month to my drugstore and twice a day to walk my two dogs. WHAT IS PEEVING ME OFF IS SEEING ALL THESE HIGH INCOME NEIGHBOURS OF MINE THINKING THEY ARE INFALLIBLE. If you go near the water treatment plant at Queen and Neville you will see families playing soccer. Wander down past the second building and you will see sunbathing adults and their children all playing together. Now look west along the boardwalk. Try counting the number of couples out there strolling side by side with strollers carrying their babies. The most precious cargo of all. I really should not be walking my dogs. Especially with my cancer. I do so very carefully and try to
