Another Display of The Divided States of America’s Disregard for Legalities

 

Once again Dictator Trump has shown, not only his early stage dementia, but also his “holier than thou”  attitude and total disregard for legality and the rights of other sovereign Nations!

Yes, I am referring to his renaming The Gulf of Mexico to The Gulf of America.

Here is Googles own AI definition of  the matters legalities ……

It clearly states:

“Boundaries determined by negotiations with neighbouring countries if necessary.”

NO WHERE’S OR AT ANY TIME HAS MEXICO OR CUBA HAD THEIR SOVEREIGN RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE SUCH A RENAMING!

In addition, at no time in recent months have we, the ‘world’, been informed that Dictator Trump has been given legal rights to completely disregard the rights of other Nations, basic human rights or to bypass legal procedure of the “United Nations“.

I am dumbfounded that the other 192 member states of the United Nations remain silent as the newly elected President of the Divided States of America completely disregards the legal and procedural provisions of the United Nations.

I am not surprised because the same 192 nations remained silent on both occasions whereas the States welcomed, (with arms wide open, no less), the International War Criminal, Benjamin Netanyahu, into their nation.

Netanyahu should have been arrested and sent to answer the alleged war crimes before the World Court in The Hague.

Trump in his arrogance and belief that he is a ‘demigod’ and above all man, legal procedure and constitutional rights is doing whatever he pleases and of the belief that we, the other 192 nations, have no choice but to do what he commands.

And, as of yet, the 192 countries, including my homeland “Canada”, remain silent.

Why?

That is a question I cannot answer.

I also question why we have remained silent as the States became complicit and are now participating in the current genocide taking place in Gaza and the West Bank.

One of the first Executive Orders Trump signed was to supply to Israel the very bombs being used to commit the genocide.

Trump also gave them 8 more billion dollars to fund the slaughter and ‘FORCED DISPLACEMENT’ of noncombatant, unarmed  civilians.

Forced displacement is a crime against humanity as defined under International Law.

Genocide is a crime against humanity as defined under International Law.

Does this not make Donald Trump, a willing participant in both the genocide and the forced displacement, as guilty as Israel and Netanyahu?

DOES THIS COMPLICITY ALSO MAKE DONALD TRUMP TRUMP AND THE STATES WAR CRIMINALS?

According to the rules and regulations of United Nations procedures I would say it definitely does.

And now this convicted felon and leader of a nation has decided that he and he alone can rename an entire oceanic gulf without following International law and giving Cuba and Mexico a say in the matter.

Here is a fact regarding the “Gulf of Mexico”

‘The Gulf of Mexico has been called the Gulf of Mexico since at least the 1540s.‘

Along comes this arrogant politician that declares it now be called “The Gulf of America” without a single discussion with either Mexico or Cuba.

And the other 192 members of the United Nations are remaining silent just as they are doing concerning the States participating in the genocidal slaughter of the Palestinians.

For Canadians, it appears as “Gulf of Mexico (Gulf of America)” on Google Maps.

Personally, I shall always call it by it’s 700 year old proper name:

“THE GULF OF MEXICO”

The most troubling part of all this is now The Divided States of America has blatantly decided that THEY will step in on Saturday, February 15th, 2025 and accompany Israel with breaking the ceasefire and slaughter the Palestinian civilians.

Which most definitely will be the day the Third and Final World War begins.

AND DESPITE THAT THREAT THE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES ARE NOT TAKING ACTION TO PREVENT THIS.

NOR ARE THE OTHER 192 MEMBERS OF THE UNITED NATIONS.

May whoever you believe our Creator to be protect us from this insanity and by some divine intervention stop this before there is no longer anyone to protect and save.
