I am con fused by all the confused people in this dawning of the Age of Confusion.  To comprehend what is happening in society these days is beyond my capabilities.  Society is confused and confusion is spreading like a plague.  We have the “ gender ” confused. I honestly do not get this one. You have a penis? You are ‘ male ‘ You have a vagina? BINGO, you are ‘ female ‘.  Born with both? You are a ‘ Hermaphrodite ‘. (There, problem solved.) ‘ Gender ‘ confusion is a term society is presently using to misconstrue ‘ sexual’  confusion. Teaching our ‘ maturity   underdeveloped ‘ youth that there is a complete alphabet of sexes is only adding to the stupidity of political correctness. ( Bring on the hate and anger. Regardless,  you know I am speaking truth.) Everyone is praying for a higher wage. I call this ‘ monetary’  confusion.  People think if we raise minimum wages and wages in general we will all have better ...

Wake each day and give thanks that you are here. Wake each day and give thanks for your family. Wake each day and give thanks for the roof above your head. Wake each day and give thanks for the food in your kitchen. Wake each day and give thanks for the air, the Sun and the bounty of nature. Wake each day and give thanks for the wisdom the Creator's have given. Wake each day and give thanks for all you have in this space/time continuum. Go to rest every night knowing that you will give thanks again when morning befalls you. Give praise to whoever you may perceive as the Creator's - believe me when I tell you, they are all seeing and all knowledgeable. Blessed was I to have lived the life I have so as I could pass my experience to those who may be guided not to follow my path. May they follow the path of righteousness and love. One has to wonder where this world is heading. Where does this expressway take us to? Society is riding an autobahn - no set speed limit in this lane. Everyone is rushing to be the first one at the red light of life. Family life is a pool of stress and rushed days. Work life is one hundred hours of task in a forty hour jar. Education has accelerated to the point that children are learning in grade six what they cannot understand till they attend grade ten. Living the fast life will only slow us down I watch, I listen, I see. But, I do not understand. Why is it so important for worldwide media outlets to let us know when two celebrities are getting married or divorced? No one reported worldwide when I divorced my first wife. Is there not tragedy and nicer things right here at home to speak of? Why is it that being famous can be as easy as having a huge behind? Or being in rehab? I do not know - nor do I believe I ever shall. What I do know and understand is...

Reminiscence   – yes, do it! For within our past lays what is within our future.  We learn from our days gone by – be it good or not so good – life lessons for the wandering soul, the stay at home persona and the youth on the grow. You humans are flawed and this is a trait best served on the platter of knowledge with a side order of “Now I knows”. Who has not gained experience from hindsight? I went for a walk today, wearing nothing but a t-shirt and jeans. This made me reminisce about the past when this could not have been. Ten years ago I would have required to wear a parka and all the bells and whistles that accompany such. Global warming – the myth? No, the reality.   Mind you, I am located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. But, having resided here for nigh on thirty years, I have slowly witnessed the disappearance of winter storms. Yes, we have had a bit of snow and some extremely chilled days, but not like those of days long past. I enjoy this mild winters – mainly due to listening to other people who complain constantly how they hate this winter weather. It is amusing to hear such whining. Imagine if they all were in Newfoundland & Labrador right now! Here is an average winter’s day for them ……..   WHAT WOULD THESE PEOPLE DO IF FACED WITH THIS???? So, as Autumn lays her cooling grasp upon my human self and I bathe in her gentle caress, my “LIGHT” also changes to facilitate the arrival of the new season in this space/time continuum. And I give praise to the “COSMIC MUFFIN” for allowing me to share this physical experience with you, in this facet of the plains of being. I am surprisingly very energetic and have tasked myself with a complete cleansing of both my body and my residence. In the ritual way, for both my physical and domestic quarters, I began at the main entrance and have worked my way to the farthest corners of the basement. As for this temple that is recognized as my body, I have changed my diet to allow for that which nature provides to us this season. I partake of her precious gifts of root vegetables and all else she offers to our physical selves. We are gifted with certain foods at certain times for a reason – certainly we are!
