Hitler’s “Brown Shirts” or Trump’s “Sturmabteilung”, is there a difference?
In many of my recent posts I often refer to and compare Trump’s “ICE Agents” to Hitler’s “Brown Shirts” of the 1930’s. Doubting that anyone under the age of fifty would know who these Brown Shirts were or what their purpose was I thought it best to post information to enlighten those people who do not understand the comparisons. Here is such information from Wikipedia: (After each highlighted section I will add my commentary.) Key Aspects of the Brownshirts (SA) Origins & Uniforms: Formed in 1921, the brown shirts were initially surplus military uniforms intended for German colonies, purchased cheaply and adopted by the SA. Role in Nazi Rise: They provided muscle for the Nazis, protecting rallies and attacking political rivals, creating an atmosphere of fear and disorder.
