Ford says that it is ‘unacceptable‘ that asylum seekers and refugees are sleeping in church basements and an empty bank.

WHAT ABOUT THE CANADIAN CITIZENS THAT ARE SLEEPING ON THE BARE GROUND OUTSIDE THE CHURCHES AND THE EMPTY BANKS?

OR LIVING IN TENTS IN THE PARKS AND UNDER OUR BRIDGES AND VIADUCTS LIKE SOME MEDIEVAL TROLLS?

I GUESS THAT MUST BE ‘ACCEPTABLE’.

All this talk about affordable housing and how they are ramping up the construction of houses.

And both have mentioned that this will assist the refugees and asylum seekers.

Which I take to mean that THEY will be getting subsidized housing and get first crack of living in these new homes.

SHOW ME ONE OF OUR FELLOW HOMELESS CITIZENS THAT CAN AFFORD TO PURCHASE A HOUSE.

IF THEY COULD THEY WOULD NOT BE SLEEPING ON OUR SIDEWALKS AND IN OUR PARKS.

What they need to do is stop catering to the wealthy, refugees and asylum seekers and start construction of AFFORDABLE APARTMENTS for our homeless.

AGAIN I ASK YOU SHEEPLE, WHAT IS WRONG WITH ALL OF US?

DO YOU NOT SEE THE SENIORS AND YOUTH ALIKE ON OUR STREETS?

DO YOU NOT SEE HOW ‘BROKEN’ AND ‘DEPRESSED’ THEY ARE?

I am not saying to forget about the refugees and asylum seekers.

However, I  certainly notice that they are occupying 50 percent or more of our shelters and some have the Blessing to be sleeping indoors.

I  certainly notice that THEY and their supporters are getting media coverage of their protests and receiving promises of first priority to housing.

The only media coverage that I have seen regarding our homeless is reporting how many of them there are and how miserable their existence is.

I see reports of city workers destroying their tents and all their belongings.

I see reports concerning the high number of overdoses and violence.

On the Danforth I see with my own eyes numerous middle aged and elderly souls that are empty shells of their formal selves.

Across the city I see numerous poor souls who are suffering from various mental disorders, illnesses and breakdowns.

Yet, no one is ACTUALLY doing anything for these Canadians.  Our fellow citizens.

YOU CAN BUILD A MILLION HOUSES AND ALL THOSE PEOPLE WILL STILL BE SLEEPING ON OUR STREETS.

Why don’t we just gather them all together and put them on trains or in trucks and drive them way up North and then kick their broken asses into the wild of the forest and wish them well.

Mind you, before we truck them out let’s destroy their belongings,  shave their heads and starve them even more.

THAT WOULD FREE UP ALL THOSE SOCIAL SERVICES FUNDS THAT WE CAN GIVE TO THE REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS SO THEY CAN PURCHASE THOSE DAMN HOUSES.

I know that I sound prejudiced towards the asylum seekers and refugees.

I am in a slight way.

I believe that we should solve the housing crisis for everyone and not ‘prioritize‘ newcomers over sovereign borns.

THE AVERAGE ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT IS $2000 PER MONTH.

MORE THAN ANY SINGLE LOW WAGE WORKER,  SENIOR CITIZEN OR WELFARE RECIPIENT MAKES PER MONTH.

These politicians know damn well that you all will sit back and shut up.

(Just like you do during every election.)

YOU KNOW WHAT ELECTIONS ARE DON’T YOU?

It’s those political events we have every now and then that you all say there is no sense attending because your votes do not count.

Which you actually believe. You actually think that if all of you vote your ballots will not be counted.

I bet Donald Trump wished he was a Canadian.  He would be our hero. Our saving grace. If he were here we wouldn’t even need to count those votes.

OPEN YOUR SHADED EYES PEOPLE AND DEMAND HOUSING THAT LOW WAGE WORKERS, SOCIAL SERVICES RECIPIENTS, OUR DISABLED AND OUR SENIORS CAN AFFORD.

I do not understand what is wrong with my fellow Canadians.

Court still prohibits marijuana possession

Court still prohibits marijuana possession Shannon Kari, National Post Published: Thursday, December 11, 2008 The prohibition against simple possession of marijuana has been upheld by an Ontario Superior Court judge, in a closely watched case that stemmed from the prosecution of Clifford Long, who was arrested by Toronto police with $40 worth of cannabis. Justice Eva Frank overturned a decision by a lower court judge last year that found there was no valid restriction against possession of cannabis because of flaws with the country's medical marijuana regulations. The lower court decision led to confusion about prosecuting simple possession cases in Ontario, said the federal government in its arguments before Judge Frank earlier this year. The federal Crown argued that the present policies of Health Canada have resulted in enough marijuana for the nearly 2,000 people with medical certificates to possess the drug. Judge Frank agreed with the arguments made by federal government lawy

Demons Of Guilt

Menu The LightHouse Dann Verner Some say my that my life has been a tragic sad tale. Only from their view point. Having lived through my life I can say it has been a damn good ride. I fear not dying for to die is final. To be waiting for that one final jolt of pain is extremely difficult to deal with. DEMONS OF GUILT This is a reflection of the pain I am going through as I finish my son’s biography. Delaney Jordan McLean Verner, 29 years old. Jordan “Bubba” Verner On Christmas morning 2019, hung himself in a town called Black Diamond . An obscure town in the underbelly of Alberta, Canada. He and his wife of 12 years, Katelyn had gone their to start a new life. Hoping to escape the homelessness rut and street life they were “Groundhog Day “  living on the streets of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. A dream that collapsed and left them stranded, freezing and hungry. Only to have Alberta Social Services rudely tell him and his wife to “Go home”. By any way they could. But, a big “but”….. Adding

My Opinion Regarding the Israeli/Hamas War

Listen to this episode on Spotify or wherever you stream podcasts. How can it be all right for one side of a war ( Israel)  to bomb innocent civilians, but not okay for the other side ( Hamas)  to do so? Common sense would tell you that the majority of the people living in the Gaza strip are not supporters of the barbarism of the Hamas. They would much rather be living peaceful lives. Not living under the reign of fear from the Hamas. Largest part of the Gaza strip problem is that if the Hamas were to allow the innocent to leave, where could they go? Israel? Egypt? The majority of the Palestinian people are in the same boat as the average citizen of Afghanistan, Iraq or Syria. They are labeled and condemned by the actions of their governing leaders. The terrorist government controls every and all aspects of their everyday lives. You can not believe that all Palestinian citizens want to go to war. Their hands are tied and their voices are silenced by their leaders If they were to spea
