Night Upon Night

 Here sit I, night upon night

Pondering why it seems so right

The serenity of eve’s stillness

Reminds of night’s calmness

When reflections of day

Minds randomly replay

Body floats into a trance

Processing days circumstance

Correlating facts abound

Assuring this day be sound

Sleep will pull me into the stream

Of positive thought within a dream

Come the dawning of new day Sun

Solidifies yesterday be done

  At times life is humorous. Other times not so much. When reminiscing about better times, it is the afternoon transforming the evening into night which unfolds into the mornings electric light   that awakens my inner alter ego. I take great pride in my awareness of life outside the norm. I take greater pride ‘living’ life outside the precipice of the norm. Many a bolder man would never explore the extensions of their perception of their individual continuums. They are under the charismatic influence of the “ sheeple ” fad.
