 I totally agree with M.A.I.D..

Quebec's ruling is far more logical than the present Federal Law that prevents advance requests for Medical Assistance In Dying (M.A.I.D.)

Kudos to Quebec for their ruling on allowing advanced requests for “Medical Assistance In Dying” “(M.A.I.D.)”

They are the only province to do so and according to Federal Law it is illegal to have advanced requests. The Federal government has announced that it will not charge doctors with participating.

The Minister of Health states it is a topic that has to be discussed nationally.
