At Princess Margaret Cancer Centre to see what is going on in my throat and why my trach is hurting me so much.
Six years I have had it and it never hurt before.
In the next two weeks I have seven appointments here for tests and diagnosis.

I’ve been lucky with surviving seven years when they had told me that I would be lucky if I made it till the spring of 2019 – 7 years later here I stand.

All I can say is that with everything life threw at me I stood my ground.

If my time is up, well, it’s been one heck of a ride and it is what it is.

But, I am sure that I will be around for a while yet – going to suffer some but I am alive.

I have full confidence in my treatment team.

Greatest hospital in the world!
