The Leaders Pilot The Ship

 

Society wishes for us to automatically believe that the person dressed in high-end office garb is a leader over the man in the green uniform mopping the office floor.

Society is often deceived by it’s own conclusions and misperceptions.

Take “Leadership seminars“, for example.

More often than not, mere holiday escapisms to give relief to the well dressed ‘leaders’ in the office’s chain of management.

A psychological destress for those who are in unearned leaderships.

Positions obtained as reward for their ritual politics of dancing higher up the ladder of office hierarchy.

Meanwhile, the true talent, the person with the Masters Degree, is mopping up the stresses, mistakes, untruths and false bravado of the lesser man in the higher tower.

Oddly, human beings are unaware of being born equal.

Equally unaware they are destined to become segregated by the bias, jealousy and greed of human nature.

Yes, we are all the same.

Just different.

Some are ‘real‘ leaders.

Some ‘true‘ leaders.

Others are ‘natural‘ leaders. Leaders who lead without awareness of their leadership abilities.

The lesser person who knows nothing of ambition gets isolated into the fog of a generic existence.

Forever to serve as common sheeple minions for those who lead the leaders of leaders.

Necessary pawns of society’s construct.

We do not all “follow the leader”.

Most are sailors of different ranks.

Securing a role on our assigned deck.

The leaders pilot the ship.
